How do we store, use, share and disclose our site visitors' personal information?
We use Google Workspace applications to store our clients’ personal data. The only data we share with third parties (eg our accommodation providers) are our clients’ names and any special dietary requirements. We do not share or disclose email addresses or phone numbers. Google respects privacy and accesses our private content only with our permission or if required by law. We do not store clients’ payment data. Payments are made to us either by BACS transfer or by card. Card payments are handled by Stripe, certified PCI Service Provider Level 1. This is the most stringent level of certification available in the payments industry.
How do we communicate with site visitors?
We may contact you to notify you regarding your account, to troubleshoot problems with your account, to resolve a dispute, to collect fees or monies owed, to poll your opinions through surveys or questionnaires, to send updates about our company, or as otherwise necessary to contact you to enforce our User Agreement, applicable national laws, and any agreement we may have with you. For these purposes we may contact you via email, telephone or text messages.
