The maximum group size is just 12 riders, assuring you of a highly personalised service from the moment you first contact us right through your Glaudax experience. We may increase this slightly on occasion, for example in order not to separate groups of friends. Tours are subject to cancellation with full refund if a minimum number of 8 participants is not reached.

Our tours are designed to be challenging but achievable as long as you have the necessary level of cycling fitness. Please speak to us if you are unsure – we want you to enjoy your time on Glaudax!

TAILOR-MADE TOURS
If you would like us to arrange a tour for your group, please contact us to discuss your requirements. It could be one of the above tours on dates to suit you, or one of our archived tours, or we could design a completely different tour to suit your needs.

The following information applies to all our tours:

WHAT IS INCLUDED

  • Hotel accommodation in ensuite single*/twin/double rooms with breakfast:

3 nights on the Wye Valley tour

5 nights on the Flanders tour
6 nights on the Normandie-Cotentin tour

*Subject to availability, solo cyclists can choose either to be paired with others of the same gender, or pay a single room supplement​

  • Welcome to Glaudax breakfast (except Flanders)

  • Luggage transfer every day to the evening destination

  • Rescue service if you break down or get into difficulties

  • Water and a variety of sweet and savoury snacks from the Glaudax support van from time to time on the road

  • Daily GPX routes via some of the most spectacular and remote scenery that Belgium and northern France have to offer

  • Informative roadbook including daily route maps and profile, suggested coffee and lunch stops

  • Glaudax-branded welcome gift

 

WHAT IS NOT INCLUDED

  • Cycle hire – you should bring your own bike as we do not offer this service

  • Insurance – travel, cycle, third-party liability – please ensure you have adequate cover – see FAQ page

  • Lunches and evening meals

  • Single room supplement

  • Return ferry crossings to France

  • Car parking at the tour start/finish location

PAYMENT

 

  • £200 deposit payable on booking

  • Your booking is not confirmed until we have received your deposit

  • Full balance is payable 12 weeks before the tour start date

  • Your booking may be cancelled if we do not receive your balance of payment by the due date
